This Site and its content, including all courses, videos, PDFs, sheet music, and related materials (the “Content”), are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Refund Policy

At NeoJazzAcademy.com, operated by Live Learner LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read the following terms & conditions carefully, as they outline the conditions for all courses, digital products, lessons, and mentorships.
1. Full Video Courses
This includes Jazz Piano Secrets (JPS), Jazz Piano Evolutions (JPE), Reharm & Resolution Mastery, and Anyone Can Improv.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
2. Musician Rewired Course
Because this course includes live coaching and unique program elements:
You may request a 50% partial refund within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
3. Digital Downloads (PDFs & Sheet Music)
No refunds are provided for digital downloads, including sheet music, PDFs, or other instantly delivered files.
All sales of downloadable products are final.
4. Private Lessons
Once a month’s payment has been processed, no refunds are available for that month’s lessons.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, and it will not renew for the following month.
5. Mentorship Programs
Mentorship programs operate under a separate mentorship agreement that specifies unique refund and cancellation policies.
Please refer to your individual mentorship contract for details.
6. General Terms
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] within the specified refund window.
Live Learner LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of these terms or show evidence of abuse.
7. Conduct in Live Sessions, Lessons, and Community
Live Learner LLC retains the right to remove any participant from live sessions (including Zoom or other platforms), lessons, or community spaces, without refund, if the participant engages in unreasonable misconduct or shows disrespect toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
In such cases, lesson subscriptions or access may be terminated at the sole discretion of Live Learner LLC.
